Neil Tilow

Neil Tilow is a highly respected leader in nonprofit management with decades of experience driving organizational growth and impact. He currently leads Parkway 3.0 Consulting, providing strategic guidance to nonprofits, government agencies, and small businesses. Prior to this, Neil served as CEO of Talbert House for over 40 years, transforming it from a small organization into a regional leader with a $100 million budget, serving over 39,000 clients annually across mental health, addiction recovery, workforce development, and community corrections programs.

Throughout his career, Neil has been a trusted advisor to numerous organizations and remains actively involved in the Greater Cincinnati community. He currently serves on the boards of The Health Collaborative, Mt. Auburn Community Development Corporation, Lunken Airport, Last Mile Food Rescue, Building Crafts and Omni Family of Services.

A Cleveland native, Neil earned both his bachelor's and master's degrees from Xavier University, where he was honored with an honorary doctorate in 2023. He lives in Cincinnati with his wife, Sally, and together, they enjoy time with their four adult sons and two grandsons.
