Beau Necco

Beau Necco has dedicated most of his adult life to juvenile justice, having spent the past 29 years serving as CEO of Necco, the foster care and behavioral health company he founded. Since then, the company has facilitated more than 10,000 adoptions and built more than 30,000 families through foster care, counseling, residential treatment, behavioral health and other services.

Over the span of 29 years, Beau has been widely recognized for the company’s success and social impact. In 2017, Beau was named an EY Entrepreneur of the Year for the Ohio Valley Region. He’s also a recipient of the Congressional Angels in Adoption Award, Adobe Change Maker Award for Innovation and Practice, the Goering Center Family and Private Business Award, and YPO Global Impact Regional Award.

A lifelong social entrepreneur, Beau holds a B.A. in Philosophy and International Business from The Ohio State University and M.B.A. from the Thunderbird School of Global Management. A proud “girl dad,” Beau and his partner, Heather, have three daughters, ages 18, 19 and 23.
